NBA collaborated with Japanese streetwear brand, Wind & Sea to create a collection featuring some of the toughest teams of the 2000’s including the Philadelphia 76ers, Miami Heat, Los Angeles Lakers, Dallas Mavericks, and San Antonio Spurs.
Several stars emerged during this time, with their fashion on and off the court & the new basketball culture they created captured the hearts of many NBA fans that stills permeates culture to this day.
I was commisioned to creative direct and shoot a socials campaign for their new lookbook following a day-in-the-life of SoCal kids imitating the play styles and moves of their favorite NBA players to the beat of the OG Nitro Microphone underground music.
